The Office of the Dean of Students at Kiirua Technical Training Institute coordinates all matters relating to student welfare, co-curricular activities, and the orientation and induction of new students. The office works closely with parents, guardians, sponsors, and other stakeholders to support students’ academic success and personal development. It also provides guidance and counseling services, advocates for students’ needs and concerns, and promotes discipline, order, harmony, and cohesion within the Institute.

The Dean’s Office further oversees student governance by empowering the Students’ Council as a platform for responsible representation, self-leadership, and promotion of democratic values within the Institute. Through close collaboration with service departments and security, the office ensures a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that enables students to reach their full potential while upholding the Vision and Mission of the Institute.
